Cayenne pepper reduces swelling too!
If you are brave enough and cannot find 4 Way spray you COULD try
this, but I am not necessarily recommending it. The video shows how to add
capsacian or cayenne to irrigation solution as an anti inflammatory.
If you do this using my remedy and it works, please let me know. Many people
outside the US cannot get 4 Way and will want to know if this works!

- Be sure to read the commentson Youtube where a user says they actually use Cayenne pepper they get at the grocery store in the seasonings shelf. I know that eating hot peppers will clear your sinuses, so this is the same principle.
I discovered this home remedy myself. And I offer it here to you for free simply because I know how annoying it is to suffer from a full feeling in your ears and there are no other remedies that work. I tried them all. I tried garlic, I tried tea tree oil, I tried hydrogen peroxide, I tried alcohol and swimmer's ear and olive oil. I blew on my ear with a blow dryer and stuck Qtips in it, I suctioned it with a baby aspirator too.
Nothing worked.
*This solution works if it is your eustachian tube, behind the ear drum,
that is causing discomfort and problems. If you have wax build up in the
outter ear canal then
try this solution.
Got Clogged Ear Pressure ?
Would you rather get poked in the eye with a sharp stick than go on suffering with blocked ears, hearing loss or discomfort due to clogged ears for one more minute?
If you feel like you are under water or have a can over your ear, Or if you hear sloshing sounds in your ear, or feel clicks when you tilt your head or lie down, Or if you suffer from muffled hearing, middle ear pain or have a feeling of something lodged deep in your ear, then you might have clogged Etubes. This is often mistaken for wax build up. If you have tried everything else and nothing works, you are in the right place now.
