Step 5
- Practice cleaning your nasal sinuses with the neti pot using only saline or warm tap water. Here is a video showing how to just irrigate nose with saline.
- The video also shows how to get saline rinse out of your deep sinuses by bending and turning your head as I explain below which is a key to getting the solution in your Etubes.
- Watch this video first then:
- Fill the neti pot 1/2 way with very warm water, or saline, about 1 cup.
- Add 6 drops of nasal spray to the neti pot and swish to mix. (if it does not work try again using a stronger mix)
- Begin pouring the solution into your nasal cavity.
