  1. Practice cleaning your nasal sinuses with the neti pot using only saline or warm tap water. Here is a video showing how.

    My original instructions are to practice these exercises a few times before getting to the next step so you can do it when the time comes with out thinking. It also helps clear the sinuses so if anything comes out once you do the Earadicator remedy, you will know it came from your ears.

  3. Add nasal spray to the neti pot and mix.
